Dr. James Banks and Dr. Timothy Andrews are certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and by the American Board of Pediatrics. They are certified to work with all ages.

Our professional nursing staff is well trained in the specialty of allergy and asthma. They work together to prepare the patient for the physician and oversee many aspects of patient education.

We will constantly strive to maintain the highest quality standards in assisting patients and their primary physicians. As of May 26th our office will start seeing patients again. We will be scheduling a limited number of new patient consults, follow ups, food challenges and skin testing. We will be open Monday-Thursday from 8AM-4:30PM. We are only scheduling a limited number of patients to come into the office in person a day. The majority of our schedule will still be telemedicine. Allergy shots are by appointment ONLY. If you would like to be seen in the office you must call to schedule your appointment. All established patients who have scheduled an appointment before the pandemic started will receive a phone call from the office to confirm what type of appointment they have.
All allergy shot patients must check their temperatures prior to enter the office. If you have a temperature of 100.5 or more you will need to reschedule your appointment. Please do not come into the office if you have a fever or can not pass the COVID-19 screening questions list below:
