The front office staff will attempt to help you with your insurance referrals. New patients will need to arrive with a referral in hand if their insurance plan requires referrals. We will make every attempt to monitor referrals for existing patients and notify you if we notice yours has lapsed or is out of date. This is done as a courtesy and as time allows for our staff so please remember that ultimately insurance referrals are the patient's responsibility. If you arrive for an appointment without a valid referral on file you will need to decide whether you wish to reschedule or sign a referral waiver. Our referral waiver states that you will be responsible for the bill in full should you not be able to obtain a valid referral for the visit within 10 days.
